These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access and use of isgsupplements.com (the "Site"), operated by ISG Supplements, LLC ("ISG Supplements", "we", "our" or "us"). By using this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this Site, you represent that you have read and understand these Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and ISG Supplements governing your access to and use of the Site.

2. Description of Services

ISG Supplements operates an ecommerce website selling various gym supplements such as preworkouts, protein powders, testosterone boosters and other related products. You must read all product descriptions, warnings and disclaimers provided before making any purchase on the Site.

3. Purchase Terms

When you place an order on the Site, we will send you an order confirmation via email detailing the products you have ordered. Acceptance of your order takes place when we email you to confirm the order. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.

You agree to pay the prices displayed at the time you place your order. Taxes and shipping costs are additional.

4. Payment

You agree to pay for all products ordered on the Site using the payment method provided during checkout. All charges are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.

5. Shipping

We will arrange for shipment of any products purchased on the Site to you. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please contact us within 14 days after you receive a product if you wish to return it. We will provide a pre-paid return label. We will refund you the purchase price once we receive and inspect the returned product if we determine it is in resalable condition. We are not responsible for any decrease in value of a product after it has been opened and will deduct a 25% restocking fee. All shipping costs associated with returns are non-refundable.

8. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, data, images, and other materials is our property or the property of our suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish or create derivative works from this content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products purchased on the Site are provided “as is” without any representations or warranties of any kind. We disclaim any warranties express or implied relating to the products, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including damages for loss of profits, revenue, business, use or data, even if we are aware of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability arising from or relating to the Site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for products purchased in the last six months. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any damages, liabilities, claims and expenses arising from your misuse of products purchased on the Site or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. By using the Site after a change, you agree to the updated Terms.
